News from The Plum Tree

Wow, another week has gone by already, we have been pretty busy with the shop the last two weeks, everyone is bringing in new goods, some of them I can't pass up myself, thanks Joy and Deborah and, we have been so busy, we really appreciate your business!

If you are like the rest of us the past few days with the exception of today has really brought on some Spring Fever.

Joy and Sylvia are going to be painting their room this coming week, I can't wait to see the results. They really have an eclectic mix of pieces and they just got started.

After Dawn completes her move and I get all of my things over from Ms. Wendy's, the front bedroom will have a whole new look as well, here I go with the choice of paint colors again!
Speaking of Dawn, she is still running her 50% off sale until the end of the month and she has a new web store up and running with some of her awesome art projects, check it out at The Feathered Nest.

First off this week...Brand new Romantic Homes Magazine remember we sell ours for $1.00 off the cover price.

This old mannequin has been converted into an incredible lamp. She is mounted to her origianl wooden stand and you can adjust the height as well. The shade shown is sold seperately.

I love Everything on this site. I love all the Vintage items and I dig the cut of Joy and Sylvia and Cindy’s jib. And I must say the items are displayed in a very enticing old world antique and lace sort of way. This makes me want to redecorate and I already have a Victorian style décor. So much of this stuff is fun to look at. I also adore the crystal lamp as the lady in the post said. It’s so old west and Mae West at the same time. An item that would go along perfectly with all these vintage items is obtainable through http://www.mydovechocolate.com where you can enter Dove’s “Expressions of Love” contest for a chance to win a beautiful 5.58 carat “Baby’s Breath Diamond Necklace” worth over 21K dollars. Simply describe how you feel about your honey in the most emotional and creative way in order to take home this lovely piece for your collection. The contest is free to enter and it lasts until March 15th so there is time to compose your ode to love tribute. I work for the company so I have an inside track. Imagine how delighted your sweetheart will be when they learn how you won this amazing piece of jewelry and that you acquired it by taking the time and effort to write about how you feel about them in a genuine and heartfelt way.
