Today four sweet little babies came into my life. I am not happy about this seeing that I am not the owner of their mama.
The owner of the mama refused to take proper care of her and therefore she produced yet another litter of kittens her third. Unfortunetely she was killed two days ago and since these babies were born at the Plum Tree, I am now taking care of them.
Only about 4 weeks old, they still need to bottle fed, which is quite a chore in itself. However, since I am an animal lover and have five of my own, I will nurture these until I find them a good home.
If anyone our there is interested in one of these sweet little babies, please email me at the Plum Tree. Oh and by the way, the owner of the mama also has 2 other females that will be producing babies any day

Sweet little kittens!!! You are so good to do this, but I have to tell you nothing more disturbing than irresponsible pet owners. Maybe someone should make an anonomous call to animal control. The sad thing is is that it isnt the cats fault at all...People never cease to amaze me....Love that you are caring for them...If I were closer I would help you..Love Tiina....

People like that just infuriate me! I don't understand why they don't see the big picture. Bless you for taking them in and getting them to an adoptable age. I hope you will find good homes for them all. The ignorance of some people never ceases to amaze.

Oh dear, people can be so unfeeling about the sufferig of animals. My cats are protected so that they don't get killed. They are in a fenced backyard and do not have access to the street, are protected from dogs, getting lost, getting run over. All are females and all are spayed.

They are dear, innocent creatures and it breaks my heart to see someone so cavalier about their lives.

At 53, I am much more outspoken and direct than I used to be, and nothing would prevent me from calling animal control, but I would also write a note to the bad kitty momma and out her behavior, knowing however, that there is not cure for just plain stupid people.
